Today is the Papertrey March Blog Hop. I found it hard to figure out what to do with floss. I would have bowed out this month but I participate in a challenge group and Mel wanted us to find out PTI roots and participate in all the Make it Mondays and the monthly blog hop. So here we are the 25th of March and it is the hop. I had no idea what to do. So here is what I came up with.
I used the floss as ribbon and wound the floss around the pattern paper. Then I already had the die cut the label with my flowers stamped on it with the jems so I attached it on top and added a saying. I really like the way it came out. Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteOne week later and I'm still hopping. As soon as I finish, I'll get around to your current posts. Wish I could be as timely as you.
ReplyDeleteThe layout you used is great - very balanced. And I think the wrapped embroidery floss works perfectly. It adds a little bit of texture without overwhelming the flowers.
