Afternoon! I am enjoying a lovely afternoon in my craft room. Well really I have been stamping poorly and throwing away! I am taking the Stretch your Stamp Class on line which is fun. I am learning lots but having issues with my stamps today! I did manage one card with out issue. Today's class was about using letter stamps in various ways. I did the masking technique.
The letter set is CTMH and I used Dot Spot Stamp Set from PTI. I used PTI Terracotta, Melon Berry and Chartreuse inks. Paper is white PTI and I am not sure of what the basis is I used it from my stash. Thanks for stopping by!
Jessie

ReplyDeleteVery cool Jessie! Sounds like a great class! I really like your new banner. Did you make those felt flowers? They're great!
ReplyDeleteHey Linda! Yes I made them for Christmas gifts last year!
DeleteWhat a great idea, love the stamps you used for this techique.
ReplyDeleteI love how you used the dot spot stamp! So fun with the colors and technique! I feel your pain in the craft room. Mojo just not going my way these days!
ReplyDeleteI've never been one for techniques, but I sure to love seeing them done. The masking is one of my faves - but it looks so difficult. I love what you have done with it - another layer of personalization with a card. Enjoy your class, Miss Jessie!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cool. I love dot spot--one of my favorite sets of all. I should be in that class, because I have alpha stamps I never use. This is a really great idea, and how nice to send a personalized card.
ReplyDeleteHey Jessie! Sorry I missed this one. Great idea and love that you stamped the name. I also love the felt flowers you made , they are beautiful , and the gold trim you used to hang them. Going on vacation for a week. Not sure if my phone will let me comment but I will try.
