Time Away and a Thank You!

First thank you everyone who left such nice comments and well wish for everyone here.  Things are slowly returning back to normal.  I think it is going to take a long time for things to be totally normal, but at least we are headed in the right direction.  Second sorry for long absents here. I was a way for the weekend and life has been really busy.  I am hoping to do better in the coming weeks.
As I said I just had a great long weekend.  I was in Maryland visiting with my Best Friend and her family.  We had a great  four and half days of fun, sun and food.  I arrived Saturday afternoon and returned this afternoon.  They live in the most beautiful area of Maryland.  Their house sits on a hill surrounded by hills and fields.  We enjoyed sitting outside, gardening, and hanging out.  We had hoped for some crafting time but never got there.  So I am posting a recent Birthday card I made for one of my co workers.  I used my new button basics and dies!  I love them! All products but the 1/2 circle pattern paper (Lily Bee) are PaperTrey.  Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful rest of the week!

  1. Jessie, I love the colors on your card. The half circle of paper is perfect to show off the buttons.

  4. That little pinked square die is my favorite crafting item. I love what it adds to cards.
I am so glad that you were able to get away for some special time in a beautiful environment. I'm sure your body and soul needed the break.

  6. Love the buttons paired with the doily - so perfectly vintage. A tornado! Oh my...I have been away and not in the loop. So glad you are all safe and sound.
